INSIDE SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Medtel Communications is seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive with a background in telecommunications to join our team in our Palmetto, FL office. In this role, you will learn about Medtel’s proprietary, cloud-based suite of products including our VoIP phone and IVR solutions. You will develop relationships, work leads, assigned accounts, and identify key decision-makers within the independent pharmacy vertical. You will be selling Medtel solutions to Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Medical Professionals, and technical contacts. We will provide you with the necessary tools and training to succeed as a member of our sales organization. Our team is highly skilled in selling, implementing, and supporting telecommunications solutions. More importantly, we are dedicated to delivering quality products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Understand and sell Medtel solutions to new and current clients through sales referrals, prospecting and cold calling, targeted accounts, and lead resources
- Use a consultative sales approach to determine customer pain points, needs, and match services accordingly
- Employ a consistent, multi-touch contact process via phone and e-mail to nurture, qualify, and sell prospects
- Manage a pipeline of prospective customers through entire sales cycle, from first call to close
- Keep abreast of the telecom industry and technologies trends
- Generate accurate sales quotes
- Achieve pre-determined sales targets/quota
Qualifications
- Skilled in discovery, conducting presentations, online product demos, and capturing deal progress in Salesforce.com
- Ability to cold call for new appointments and new business
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and goals
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic personality with hunter mentality
- Good organizational skills
- Experience with consultative sales
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Min. 1-year experience with telecommunications, VoIP, IVR, or related technology
